• Murray Pierce – External Support Manager

    Murray has worked at Eaton for 9 years as a Technical Services External Support Manager.

    He has been in the alarm Industry for 29 years and has always used and worked with Eaton’s Scantronic product lines.

    Prior to Eaton, Murray ran his own installation company and also worked for GE Security and has experience in Research and Development. Murray has a HNC in electronics.


  • Alan Clarke – Technical Trainer

    Alan has been at Eaton for 9 years, starting as a Technical Support Engineer and progressed to a Technical Support Supervisor. He is now part of our technical training team.

    Previous to Eaton Alan spent 5 Years as a self-employed electrician, incorporating domestic alarms and PAT testing.

    Alan has a range of City & Guilds qualifications including City & Guilds 2377~11 Inspection & Testing of Electrical Equipment, City & Guilds 2377~11 Management of Electrical Equipment Maintenance, City & Guilds 2377 Electrical Installation and City & Guilds 2382 17th Edition Wiring Regulations.


  • Indy Padham - External Support Manager

    Indy has been in the security industry for over 20 years, starting as an apprentice/trainee and progressing to a senior engineer.

    Indy started working for Eaton as a products support engineer in June 2006 and was then promoted to a technical services external support manager in September 2008.

    Prior to this Indy gained a C&G 726 introduction to IT and worked for a German IT company. He completed a C&G in 1995 for security and emergency alarms systems and C&G 7300 introduction to trainer skills. As an engineer Indy worked on various sites from small residential through to critical Infrastructure sites maintaining and repairing various security equipment.
